The Selection Process
Our selection process is extremely rigorous. Each of our teachers has undergone a meticulous and stringent process, including the following:
- CV evaluation.
- Two GMAT mock exams
- An interview to understand their goals in life.
- Our GD Methodology Course for advanced teachers.
- Two model classes that require the approval of our students.
Out of 632 applicants in 2019, only 2 passed our standards. Eventually, every teacher is scheduled to take the real GMAT exam, achieving the highest scores in LATAM. In addition, they meet on a monthly basis to continue learning and developing new ways of attacking the most challenging GMAT questions. Our GMAT training never ends!
